Sorry, again...

See, I said I was going to update again yesterday, but I didn’t. Partly because I went out and had dinner with my parents, but mostly because I got caught up in my latest pet project, “The Ultimate Buffy Calendar.” I created a new iCal calendar with birthdays for tons of people associated with “Buffy.” Stars, guest starts, bit players, etc. I’m eventually going to add in original airdates for every episode of both “Buffy” and “Angel” and then other important dates for the series.

But for now, I’m finally updating again. I posted pictures of my Becoming Buffy bust (seen above), and pretty soon I’ll be getting pictures up of some of my custom figures too.

Of course, I’ll probably be out later today, so I can’t promise a more elaborate update, but then again, I don’t really have a whole lot to write about, so it works out for everyone.

Oh, I should mention that I did get my car fixed. It cost about $300 for new brakepads, a resurfaced rotor, and an oil change, but I could feel the difference already, so it was worth it.

Until later...

I'm back

OK, so it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve updated, but I’m probably going to have multiple updates today, since I’m without a car. I’m having some weird issues with my brakes, so the BlackOpsMobile is in the shop.

As for what I’ve been up to, oh, um, lots of work. Actually I really love my job, and I even hung out with some people from work last night, watching one of the worst national championship games in recent memory. I still don’t know how Florida and UCLA managed to hit the over.

Oh, I was re-reading my last entry and I realized I missed a section of my naming convention history. After Charmed, I actually used Lord of the Rings for a little while. They actually overlapped, because when I got my first 40 GB iPod (3rd generation), I named it “My Precious” and even gave it a custom One Ring icon. Eventually I shifted everything over, with the G5 being “Aragorn, son of Arathorn” and the iBook being “Gandalf the White” and so on. Of course, now it’s Buffy, and I don’t see it changing for awhile.

OK, that’s it for now, but like I said, I’ll actually try to have another update today (I still need to get the photo gallery reposted, and I’ve got more Buffy stuff to post).
